I knew it was going to be an inside out night when the DJ played PiL's Socialist. It's a song where everything is out of order. The mix is backwards. The balance is off and disorienting, kind of like Saturday night's Broken Screen Happening. But that doesn't mean there weren't some great things flying out of the cracks, which was kind of the point I guess.
First of all (again), the old Lower East Side market building was all glorious decay.
